Chinese Boxing

KIXX Chinese Boxing is a predominately Northern Chinese Traditional Kungfu style that incorporates elements of Chang Quan, Bajiquan and Lohan Quan.

This system is characterised by strong, powerful leg and hand techniques, speed, agility, and evasion to confront power with power. Attacks, counters, parries and blocks are performed forcefully, utilising the bodies speed and agility to generate the required level of that force.

There is a comprehensive grading syllabus with slightly different emphases for adults and children. The main difference being the level of contact permitted.

The Kids Chinese Boxing Class is very popular and has provided confidence and self-discipline to a large number of children over the years.

A strong team spirit is encouraged within the classes and extra effort is rewarde with a Merit Certificate.
