The Tiger Form routine we teach was passed to us by our Grandmaster Kim Han. We are very pleased and proud to be able to share this form with our students and others from further afield....
The Course on the 17th May was a great success despite not being able to quite finish the form in the allotted time. It was an excellent gesture from Sifu David Courtney-Jones (Yong Chun White Crane) and some of his students who helped by supporting the course, along with members of KIXX Martial Arts club. We did not stop training for over 3 hours so some of those present began suffering from tired minds and bodies. Feed back on the day has been very encouraging so we are now looking forward to a follow up session to finish the form and not forget the first part :-)

On Sunday the 7th June 2026 we shall host our first Wuchi (similar to Taichi) course since before the 'covid' issues. We are really pleased to be able to pass on the techniques for this art as taught to us by our Grandmaster Kim Han, disciple of Great-Grandmaster Chee Kim Thong.
The 'soft' arts in general display similar or overlapping principles & characteristics for example (not in any specific order); concentration, correct breathing, posture, core strength, balance, control of the body for timing (and harmony), relaxed strength and joint conditioning.
This course is suitable for all ages but is most beneficial to our older students. This style is among the 'soft' styles like Wuchi and Taichi that are now highly recommended by doctors for gentle recovery, building strength slowly and for older people to remain mobile and keep their independence.
