The Chinese Boxing Grading will be held at the Club on Saturday 10th February. Your instructor will approve your readiness to grade. Correct uniform and current sash must be worn! Please note that failure to do so may result in you not being permitted to grade... Please see Tracy if you have any concerns about the uniform.

WELL DONE to the following winners of the KIXX KIDz Chinese Boxing Merit Certificates for January...

Please note that these certificates are awarded to acknowledge their extra effort in a range of skills and disciplines that were exhibited during the class (eg; effort, determination, flexibility, etc. etc.)

For those that would like to come and train Kung Fu, this class is on Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm (+8 yrs)...

Saturday 10th February - Chinese Boxing Grading from 12:15 to approx 3pm.

Saturday 17th February - FIGHT CLUB Open Sparring session from 1:30pm to 4pm. Rules will be agreed prior to the bout. This will allow everyone to learn and train to their standard.

Sunday 18th February - Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan - Chee Kim Thong - UK / EUR [Han Jin Yuan] presents a course for EXPLORING SANZHAN. Partner work will be emphasised throughout the course. Everyone has the opportunity to learn and help other learn by sharing.
