On Sunday the 2nd March, we were pleased to have a good turn out for this extra training session for the higher grade students. It was pleasant to see a number of the higher grade, teenage, junior students attending and training with the adults.

Saturday the 5th April from 12:30 to 4pm

Combat Awareness – Open Sparring (aka Fight Club). Experience a wide range of sparring options for everyone to practice in a contact environment. Put words into Action! Rules to be clarified and agreed on the day.

Sunday 6th April from 9am to 3pm

Five Ancestors (Wuzuquan) Applications Course. The objective is to cover the four main principles of Absorb, Float, Sink and Release using Sanzhan Catching, Pushing Hands and Set Sparring Routines. An immersive, contact session to enhance training in a contact environment turning theory into practice.

Please note that these certificates are awarded to acknowledge their extra effort in a range of skills and disciplines that were exhibited during the class (eg; effort, determination, flexibility, etc. etc.)

For those that would like to come and train Kung Fu, this class is on Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm (+8 yrs)...

Saturday 10th MAY – Chinese Boxing Grading. Grading is by invitation only. However, invitations will be handed to those that are almost ready to grade and would therefore greatly benefit from attending the Course. For more details please speak to Tracy.
