Fight Club Open Sparring Forum
What an excellent Fight Club this month!!!
The sparring was continuous for 3 1/2 hours! Everyone managed to spar within their rules of choice in the event they had chosen. Some enjoyed light contact whilst others favoured a more full contact approach. Either way, the fighters learnt a lot from sparring the range of opponents present. In addition, the skill from the 'Pushing Hands' practice proved very useful during some of the harder fought clinches.
We are pleased to announce that the next Fght Club Open Sparring Session will be held on Saturday the 27th May 2023. Book early and come along for a great afternoon of the sparring practice of your choice...
Resume the Chinese Boxing High Grades Courses
We have decided to resume the monthly Chinese Boxing High Grade Courses. The courses will be open for adult and children to attend. The purpose, as before, is to improve the ablities of the high grades by focussing on a higher standard.
Students from Purple Sash (adults), Purple/White Sash (children) level and above, will be invited to attend. The course will take place monthly, on a Sunday morning (dates TBC) and will run from 9:30am to 11am.
