Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan TWO DAYS of Exploring Sanzhan...

A unique training weekend experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saturday 8th June 2024 from 11am to 5pm

Sunday 9th June 2024 from 9am to 3pm

This will be the first two day course of its kind that has been hosted by the appointed Chief Instructors of Master Han's, Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan - Chee Kim Thong- UK / EUROPE [Han Jin Yuan] Club.

The new club has been been reorganised in accordance with Master Han's wishes to support each other in continuing to build and promote Shizu Chee Kim Thong and Sifu Han's Wuzuquan groups. To that end, we have all worked hard to help turn the significant amount of theory taught within this complex martial art into useful and functional applications. We need to achieve this by encouraging people to meet and put the theory into practice. This 'Hands On' and sharing of skills approach will reinforce the practical value of this martial art as well as promote the mental and physical health benefits.

Here are a few photo memories of contact training in pairs and in groups with Master Han present (many thanks to the Chairman and members of the Chee Kim Thong clubhouse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for all their help and support over many years and more so after Master Han's passing).

This course will take place over the two days so we would like everyone to benefit from the knowledge and input of a number of the clubs senior instructors from UK and Europe. As a good starting place, the emphasis will be placed on and around the Sanzhan Form. The main subject will be the application of; sensing intent, timing, accuracy, minimum physical force, structure, base (rooting), foot work (movement), partner catching of the Form, freestyle pushing hands, self-defence applications, sparring (controlled), and more.......!!

Saturday £60 for non-members / £50 for members.................................Sunday £60 for non-members / £50 for members
