  • Wednesdays (Pushing Hands) 6:30- 7:30pm
  • Wednesdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm

 Wuzuquan is a Kung Fu style from the Shaolin of Southern China and combines the best elements from the following five styles:

  • Peho……….(Fukien White Crane)
  • Kao Kun…..(Monkey Boxing)
  • Tai Cho……(Boxing of Emperor Sung Tai Cho)
  • Lohan……..(Lohan Boxing)
  • Tat Chun….(Iron body training)

The essence of Wuzuquan is referred to as Sanzhan (Three Battles) and is contained within the first form. Our Grandmaster Kim Han has written a number of books about Wuzuquan that explain in detail this formidable art. Please contact us if you would like to purchase them…
