About Wuzuquan (5 Ancestors Fist)

Wuzuquan as it is known in the Manadrin Chinese language is a Southern Shaolin, Chinese martial art combining the best elements of five styles, namely:

  • Peho (Fukien White Crane)
  • Kao Kun (Monkey Boxing)
  • Tai Cho (Boxing of Emperor Sung Tai Cho)
  • Lohan (Lohan Boxing)
  • Tat Chun (iron body training)

(Wuzuquan is also known as Ngor Chor Kune (Hokkien Dialect), Ng Jo Kune (Cantonese dialect))

Shigong (Grandmaster) Han has written a number of books about Wuzuquan that explain in detail this formidable art. Please contact KIXX if you are interested in purchasing one.

For grading Syllabus, please see Shigong Han:

All Wuzuquan gradings will be conducted by approved grading instructors and /or overseen by Shigong Han personally.  Shigong Han is the 18th Disciple of Shizu Chee Kim Thong and is the only official Chief Instructor to be appointed by the late Shizu Chee Kim Thong to teach Wuzuquan in Europe.

Testimonial

” The dedication of the Kixx instructors is second to none, they provide a facility for people to learn in a friendly and enjoyable environment. Myself and Callum take a lot away from the class and enjoy coming back each time.”
